What we assess

What we do not do
This is the most useful section on the page. If you are trying to work out whether we are the right call, these boundaries will answer it faster than the list above.
- We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Dr. Jadan's background informs the approach, but nothing we provide is medical advice.
- We do not make health-outcome claims from a measurement. Environmental readings, including optional EMF screening, are reported objectively. A measurement is not a claim that it causes or treats illness.
- We are not a code inspection. The assessment is not a municipal or building-code inspection.
- We are not a laboratory. We do not perform laboratory testing, and the assessment is not a lab result.
- We do not issue mold clearances. The assessment is not a clearance document.
- We do not guarantee the condition of the home. The assessment evaluates representative conditions at the time of the visit.
- We do not perform remediation, repair or installation. We do not sell you the work we recommend, which is the point. Where specialized work is warranted we help identify the right kind of professional.
- We do not control referred professionals. Anyone we help you connect with is an independent third party. The contract is between you and them.
