Information we collect
When you submit a request or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, home city or area, the service you are interested in, and any message. If you book an assessment, we collect information about your home's environment as part of that service. Our website records standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, and uses only essential, first-party cookies to remember your cookie choice.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform your assessment, deliver your Healthy Home Plan, and, when you ask us to, help connect you with qualified professionals. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the service (for example, with a professional you have asked us to refer you to), with service providers that operate our website and email on our behalf, or where required by law. Referrals are made only with your consent.
Our email is sent through Postmark. We do not use click tracking in our email. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
Your choices (including California and EU residents)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to certain uses.
