Our services

The Healthy Houze provides environmental assessment, education and guidance for residential indoor environments. Our Healthy Home Assessment is an informational evaluation of representative conditions in the home; it is not a code inspection, a laboratory test, a mold clearance, a medical diagnosis, or a guarantee about the home. Where specialized testing, remediation or repair is warranted, we help connect you with qualified professionals who perform that work independently.

No medical or health outcome claims

Dr. Jadan's background informs our approach, but The Healthy Houze does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site should be taken as medical advice. Environmental measurements, including any optional EMF screening, are reported objectively and are not claims that a measurement causes or treats illness.

Referrals

Any professional we help you connect with is an independent third party. We do not control, warrant, or assume responsibility for the work of referred professionals; the arrangement and any contract are between you and them.

Fees

Service prices are shown on our Services page and confirmed before scheduling. Certain homes or additional laboratory testing may carry additional fees, which we will disclose in advance.

The content, branding and materials on this site are owned by The Healthy Houze and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Healthy Houze is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our assessment guidance. Our services are provided in good faith and to a reasonable professional standard.
