- Former Northville Regional Psychiatric Hospital site. State psychiatric hospital that operated from 1952 to 2003 on Seven Mile Road; the township bought the 350-acre site in 2009 and redeveloped it as Legacy Park.
- Maybury State Park. 944-acre state park of rolling terrain, meadow, and mature forest, managed by the Michigan DNR since 1975.
